Welcome to the GreenMo Fleet Support page.

Here you can report an issue with your scooter so that we can get our people to you as soon as possible in line with your support plan, and get you on the road as soon as we can.

Please make sure ALL fields are filled in properly below, and upload at least one photograph of the issue / damage.  If you don’t supply details then we can’t be sure to fix the problem, so this is in your interests.

This form is NOT for individual riders.  Please don’t fill in this form as an individual rider as it won’t be answered, and could cause delay.

  • Please include a telephone number in case we need to contact you. This should be the store manager or person with the vehicle, if it's not at the store
  • This MUST be accurate. Our scooters require specific parts and we will need to make sure we load the correct parts before making the service visit.
  • Please be as SPECIFIC as possible. We need to know exactly what's wrong with the scooter so we can be sure to fix it. If you don't give us ALL the details then we might not bring all the parts, which will cause further delays in servicing.
